A dynamic 30-minute bike and boxing session designed to burn the calories and get your heart pumping.
Saturdays @ 10 am
$15 casual or $75 (6 weeks)

Alfresco Fitness

A 45-minute outdoor fitness session designed to increase your fitness while having some fun!!
Saturday mornings @ 8 am
$17.50 casual or $90 (6 weeks)
